Adrian Timmins5 September 2026I don't often write reviews but I can honestly say GreenEco have been exceptional from start to finish. I went to a number of companies for quotes and did a fair bit of due diligence before selecting GreenEco - particularly as their quote came in quite a bit lower than others. In these early days, Tarren and his team were always available to answer my queries, provide updated quotes and meet my needs. I ended up with an 8 panel 3.8kW Aiko system, Sigenstor 6kW inverter and 10kWh battery with a view to future ASHP running. Malcolm came out and surveyed - very knowledgeable and structural information was all checked in accordance with MCS requirements. Lucy took over communications and kept me in the loop on all proceedings - a bit of a wait while I awaited an LDC from Lewisham (my choice and arrangement) - but they were ready to install as soon as it came through. Scaffold up in advance and the installation team did all the work in one day. Clean, tidy and friendly and good handover of Sigenstor App and instructions. I'm now exporting and running the house on zero electrical imports - long live the Summer! Thanks GreenEco...highly recommended.

Bobbi Elliott9 July 2026I recently had solar PV installed and I’ve been really happy with the whole experience. From the quotation process through to the installation itself, everything was handled well and the process felt straightforward. The team were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout. They explained everything clearly without overcomplicating it, answered any questions I had, and kept me updated along the way. I never felt under pressure, which made a big difference when making the decision. Aaron was amazing and super helpful with all my questions and patient with my indecisiveness! Installation day went smoothly. They arrived when they said they would, got on with the job, and left everything tidy afterwards. The standard of work looks really good. Since having the system installed, everything has been working well and I’m really pleased I went ahead with it. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Green Eco Group to anyone thinking about getting solar PV installed in the future.

Gary Palmer8 July 2026Can I say I had a number of quotes and after reading such good reviews I decided to go with Green Eco Group. The team were very helpful and Tarren especially was incredibly helpful from the order stage right through to some small niggles after install, which I may say was not down to him. All sorted out in very short order. The 2 installers worked there socks of and completed the install in a day. All very neat and tidy work. I was well impressed and would certainly recommend this company.

Elminin8u214 February 2026I had a genuinely excellent experience with Green Eco Group from start to finish. My research brought me to Fogstar (the UK battery manufacturer) and they referred me to Green Eco Group. That recommendation alone gave me confidence I was dealing with people who know the industry properly. From install day through to final setup, everything was smooth and well organised — no drama, no chasing and no cold calling after the initial meeting. What really stood out was how they handled all the certifications, paperwork, insurance guarantees, no upfront costs. It was all taken care of step by step, which makes a huge difference when you’re investing in a system like this. Even post-install, the owners are at the end of the phone if you need anything. They’ll log in, monitor the system and talk you through any questions without hesitation. That level of aftercare is rare. Professional, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive throughout.

Jaspal Singh23 April 2025Fantastic company to do business with. I reached out for a quote for solar and battery install. They responded back within 24 hours and after taking down my requirements, they came back to me in a couple of days with 3 quotes, all within my budget. They followed this up with a visit to my house where I discussed all 3 options with them and they answered all my questions honestly - I know this because I researched beforehand and knew the answers already. I chose one of the options and they began the process. They ordered the battery and applied for my DNO and within a couple of weeks I received a call with my install date. The scaffolders came the day before and the battery and solar panels were installed the next day. From initial contact to install took approx. 4 weeks. I highly recommend Green Eco Group Ltd if you are looking for a quote for solar and/or battery install. They were responsive to my emails and texts and were transparent with me throughout the whole process. I am now making money instead of paying for electricity :)

The whole process was straightforward and professional, from the initial quote right through to the installation of the solar panels. Jordan6 October 2026As an electrician I was originally going to do the install myself but decided to get a few quotes and Tarren and Aaron were the most honest and knowledgeable out of everyone I spoke to. Each part of the system we discussed was designed around exactly what I needed and they gave great advice. Lucy was exceptional keeping communications and making sure I had all the admin stuff sorted quickly. I’ve spoke to a few friends who have had solar installed by other companies and they do not seem to have the same level of competence Green Eco Group have throughout the design, install and after care.Posted on Google
Nisha Malani30 September 2026I highly recommend the Green Eco Group. Taiwo Ayoade24 September 2026I recently had a 7.56kW solar PV system with a Fox ESS battery installed by Green Eco Group, and overall I've been very pleased with the experience. From the outset they were competitive on price and responsive to questions — and I asked a lot of them. I compared multiple quotes and configurations, and Green Eco consistently offered good value. Aaron in particular was patient and fair throughout, taking time to explain the options which I appreciated. The installation itself was smooth and completed on schedule, the DNO application was handled promptly, and the handover documentation was thorough. The team also arranged for my existing EV charger to be set up to work with the new system, which is now running well. In the interest of an honest review, there were a missing step in the charger configuration guide but in every case these were sorted quickly and professionally once raised, which for me is the real test of a company. Aaron and Lucy were always quick to respond and put things right. I'd happily recommend Green Eco Group to anyone considering solar and battery storage. Responsive, fair, and good value. - TPosted on Google

J Dighton6 July 2026I initially made contact with a lot of companies regarding a home battery installation. Of all those companies, Tarren was the only person who replied to me each and every time, and each reply was quick and knowledgeable. And that's why I chose to use the Green Eco Group. I don't often take the time to write reviews but credit where credit's due. There's a very good reason why the Green Eco Group has so many positive reviews, they're well earned. First class service from start to finish.Posted on Google
Neil Renaud4 July 2026I wanted a Fogstar/solar battery setup. Green Eco Group were the most competitive quote. Going with the cheapest is always a risk but Green Eco group were great. They kept me informed throughout the Fogstar delays and booked me in as soon as they had a date.Posted on Google

pradeep pillai24 June 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a solar and battery system installed by Green Eco Group, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from start to finish. Aaron and Lucy were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were always courteous, easy to contact, and if I missed them, they would always call back promptly. Aaron not only matched the best quote I had received from other installers but actually recommended and provided a better system for my requirements at a very competitive price. One thing that really stood out was how proactive they were. The DNO application was started before the installation date, which helped keep everything moving smoothly. The installation itself was completed in a single day despite panels being fitted across two separate roof sections. The team worked efficiently and professionally, and the whole process was stress-free. After commissioning, Aaron also handled all the paperwork, including the DNO approval, export application support, insurance documentation, and all the certificates I needed. It was reassuring to know everything was being taken care of properly. What impressed me most was the after-sales support. After the system was installed, I noticed my battery was discharging when my EV charger was running. I contacted Aaron, and without hesitation he arranged for an electrician to visit and fit an additional CT clamp at no extra cost, which resolved the issue. That level of support after the sale is rare and speaks volumes about the company. If I had to mention one minor point, there was a little tidying up that could have been done at the end of the installation. However, when I mentioned it to Aaron, he immediately offered to sort it out, so I really can't complain. The support and responsiveness have been excellent throughout. Overall, a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable team from the first phone call through to installation and aftercare. I would highly recommend Green Eco Group to anyone considering solar panels, battery storage, or EV charging solutions.Posted on Google

M “Desi” B8 May 2026I can now see why this company is highly regarded, I initially spoke with Tarren who advised me on a battery system for my property, however I changed my mind and opted to add additional solar panels, Tarren was very helpful in designing the system and on top of that the cost was very reasonable, although I did speak with other companies, what stood out was the knowledge and prompt service not to mention the 5 star reviews, even to this day they answer my calls and are able to help, the service has been outstanding from start to finish, the surveyer, scaffolding guys and installers that came along were also very pleasant and therefore I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to install any type of internal/external power source.
