I don't often write reviews but I can honestly say GreenEco have been exceptional from start to finish.
I went to a number of companies for quotes and did a fair bit of due diligence before selecting GreenEco - particularly as their quote came in quite a bit lower than others.
In these early days, Tarren and his team were always available to answer my queries, provide updated quotes and meet my needs.  I ended up with an 8 panel 3.8kW Aiko system, Sigenstor 6kW inverter and 10kWh battery with a view to future ASHP running.
Malcolm came out and surveyed - very knowledgeable and structural information was all checked in accordance with MCS requirements.
Lucy took over communications and kept me in the loop on all proceedings - a bit of a wait while I awaited an LDC from Lewisham (my choice and arrangement) - but they were ready to install as soon as it came through.
Scaffold up in advance and the installation team did all the work in one day. Clean, tidy and friendly and good handover of Sigenstor App and instructions.
I'm now exporting and running the house on zero electrical imports  - long live the Summer!

I recently had solar PV installed and I’ve been really happy with the whole experience. From the quotation process through to the installation itself, everything was handled well and the process felt straightforward.

The team were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout. They explained everything clearly without overcomplicating it, answered any questions I had, and kept me updated along the way. I never felt under pressure, which made a big difference when making the decision. Aaron was amazing and super helpful with all my questions and patient with my indecisiveness!

Installation day went smoothly. They arrived when they said they would, got on with the job, and left everything tidy afterwards. The standard of work looks really good.

Since having the system installed, everything has been working well and I’m really pleased I went ahead with it.

Can I say I had a number of quotes and after reading such good reviews I decided to go with Green Eco Group. The team were very helpful and Tarren especially was incredibly helpful from the order stage right through to some small niggles after install, which I may say was not down to him. All sorted out in very short order.
The 2 installers worked there socks of and completed the install in a day. All very neat and tidy work.

I had a genuinely excellent experience with Green Eco Group from start to finish.

My research brought me to Fogstar (the UK battery manufacturer) and they referred me to Green Eco Group. That recommendation alone gave me confidence I was dealing with people who know the industry properly. From install day through to final setup, everything was smooth and well organised — no drama, no chasing and no cold calling after the initial meeting.

What really stood out was how they handled all the certifications, paperwork, insurance guarantees, no upfront costs. It was all taken care of step by step, which makes a huge difference when you’re investing in a system like this.

Even post-install, the owners are at the end of the phone if you need anything. They’ll log in, monitor the system and talk you through any questions without hesitation. That level of aftercare is rare.

Solar PV arrays installed on 2 small flat roofs.
1. Designed well -Panels fitted to maximize power output without excessive buffeting by the wind.
2. Sufficient space around each array for maintenance of roofs & arrays.

Fantastic company to do business with. I reached out for a quote for solar and battery install. They responded back within 24 hours and after taking down my requirements, they came back to me in a couple of days with 3 quotes, all within my budget. They followed this up with a visit to my house where I discussed all 3 options with them and they answered all my questions honestly - I know this because I researched beforehand and knew the answers already. I chose one of the options and they began the process.
They ordered the battery and applied for my DNO and within a couple of weeks I received a call with my install date. The scaffolders came the day before and the battery and solar panels were installed the next day. From initial contact to install took approx. 4 weeks.
I highly recommend Green Eco Group Ltd if you are looking for a quote for solar and/or battery install. They were responsive to my emails and texts and were transparent with me throughout the whole process.
